- HEY EVERYONE! Welcome to our blog! We are passionate about good food and good health. More importantly, we are passionate about combining the two. We love to eat. In fact, we are self-declared pigs. WE BAKE OUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO! Only now, we bake it with whole wheat flour, raw sugar, no dairy, no eggs, and if we're feeling really sneaky, we'll throw in a dash of ground flaxseed. No green, lumpy grass juice for us! We have recently become VEGANS and have loved plunging into this new lifestyle and new type of cooking. The kitchen (small and dingy though it is) has become our #1 favorite room in the house! This blog is an outlet for us to share what we are learning in our new vegan lifestyle. OUR TRIALS AND SUCCESSES WILL BE YOURS TOO! ReplyDeleteHey Codi nice animoto, the company i work for has a division in Costa Rica and many of the pictures you posted are within walking distance of the industrial park in Heredura. Spent much of 2006/2007 in Costa Rica and was even looking at buying a beach house on one of the islands but unfortunately did not pan out. CR is one of the most beautiful places i have ever visited even though i did get robbed a gunpoint once but thats a another story for another day.
